socail structer? D&D vamps alwaysed seemed flat to me. VTM has a better socail structer for them, but it's not easyly translated in D&D tearms (i think)

I would guess social structure would depend on the campaign setting.  In D&D, vampires are typically bad guys/monsters, so the social complexities of their existence are only important to the extent that they effect the abilities of the good guys to stake them.

Of course, the more detailed the bad guy is, the more realistic he seems.  Determining social context can be part of this process.  Limetom, how do vampires and dhampirs interact in your setting?  Are vampires isolated scions of various bloodlines that interact rarely if ever, or do they form a kind of nocturnal society a la World of Darkness, viewing mortals as peripheral to their routine and regular interests?  What about the Laurel Hamilton option, wherein the creatures of the night have their own legal existence and place in mortal society, however marginalized?

Even though this died quite some time ago...

This is meant as a complete revision of vampires and half-vampires across all settings.  As this is not part of an individual setting, society plays no real part in this.  Its up to the DM how vampire society works in each campaign.

If I had meant this to be part of a setting, it wouldn't have been put on the Meta board.

AAah, please excuse me.  Well, my addendums stand.

I think you're refering to your final paragraph... but I'm not sure.

In Ari, there are no races other than humans, be they elves, dwarves, vampires, the tarrasque, will o' wisps, etc.  I do plan on including good and evil outsiders, though.

In other settings, I'd imagine that vampires treat dhampir in the same manner that they would treat any other living being... as cattle or as patsies.

I think these rules are fantastic, Limetom, and I might just steal them if that's okay.  The old 2nd ed. Ravenloft game had vampire's getting more powerful as they went up in age - and I've been looking for rules to recreate that for a long time.  By the way do you know where the CHA bonus being used as a hit point modifier for Undead comes from?  I friend told me about it and I use it for powerful undead characters but I did'nt know that it was an official rule.  What's its source?

Unholy Hellspawn!  This is the best Vampire setup I've ever seen.  It allows for vampires to become more powerful just by hanging around long enough.  I am most definitely going to use this.
