Here's the pictures of the different chains. I'm learning new chains every day now, but I'm not sure how the chain community is on selling weaves other people invented; it's not like they can't be made by others, though some are definitely artistic and not structural chains. I had to take the pictures with my cell phone, so apologies on the quality.

The images are all my bright aluminum. Galvanized steel (my other rings) are dark gray and less lustrous, but they weigh more and you can stick magnets to them if that's your thing.

Shipping's negligable on the bracelets. Necklaces and Bracer add $3 shipping

All Chains

4-1 (Classic Armor chain; I can make it wider like a wristband or a bracer, and I can reinforce it with leather strap)
$5 Aluminum, $10 Steel; add $5 for wristband and $10 for bracer.

3-1 (Definitely the most elegant)
$5 Aluminum, $10 Steel; add $5 for necklace

Round Chain (looks and moves like a rope, I've made a few wallet chains with this weave)
$10 Aluminum, $15 Steel; add $5 for necklace

Inverted Round Chain (an interesting looking chain; I'm working on trapping rings inside of it to make it more structurally sound)
$5 Aluminum, $10 Steel; add $5 for necklace

Plus I have the good old chain dice bag
$25 Aluminum, $30 Steel (Includes $5 Shipping for flat-rate envelope)

Bump indeed. I've been away from my computer more often than not lately but clearly I need to change that to get things sorted out with Pay Pal and order something from you.

Xeviat

Saweeet. Just let me know what interests you and I can get working on it. Also, based on what you want, I'll tell you what measurements to give me (some of the bracelets can be sized as close as sixths of an inch, others in quarters of an inch, and one in only halfs).

Xeviat (the Xeviant) does great work.  I can personally attest. I have some PC's getting dice bags for the holiday.

The bags? A few hours if I'm focused.

Hey everyone, rather than making a new post, I'm just going to rez this one. The Holidays are coming up, so I figure a few of you may want some chainwork again. If there's enough interest, I can even get some colored rings to do some more interesting work.

Currently, I have aluminum and galvanized steel rings. They make cool wallet chains. If anyone's interested, let me know. I have paypall (jasongraybill@gmail.com) and such.

Here's pictures of the chains again.

Weave

Holy wow those look sweeeet! Really nice work!

I wonder what the kids on campus would think if I started walking around with a chain shirt...

I really want a dicebag, but I'll have to get back to you on that. My wallet might not want me to invest, so to speak.

But anyways, great stuff!

Xeviat

Hah, chain shirt might be a bit much to walk around with. I'm making one for a costume, and I have an old costume one, but I don't think I'd walk around with it. It would make cool flourishes on a leather jacket though, if you wanted to go for some kind of metal/punk hybrid thing.

Just let me know if you want something. Aluminum dicebag is only 20 bucks.

Just a little bump. My chainshirt is done too.

Another bump. With halloween over and my chainshirt complete, I'll be putting it up for sale. It ended up being very clean on my white shirt; it left a little oxidation, but nothing some Oxiclean won't take out.

My student loan is late this year, so I could really use some money to get me through this month. Let me know if there's anything you'd like to buy. Dicebags make great presents for your DM!

Ninja D!

If you have the time to do one by Christmas-ish time, I'd like to buy a bracelet from you. What would you consider to be the best weave to give to my girlfriend? She didn't seem to have a preference, she just likes mail jewelry.

Xeviat

The 3in1 is definitely the most delicate weave. There's always 2in1, which is just a single link chain; I've seen a lot of people wearing them even though I don't particularly like it.

Get me a wrist measurement from her and I can have it made and sent out on monday. Did you want aluminum or galvinized steel?
