Getting back into the Grove

Hello CBGers, sorry I've been away so long. Wanted to give you an update on what's going on with me.

My foot injury has been labeled "Permanent and Stationary", which means that the doctor does not think it will get any better. This means that Disneyland will be finding a new position for me where I can sit at least half the time, which should be much better.

I want to get back into the thick of things here. So if anyone has anything they'd like me to look at, let me know. Otherwise I'm going to spend an hour or so every night before bed reading through things.

My own setting is coming together nicely. I've gone back to fiddling with mechanics, though, since I've reached a point where I need to know for sure (and finally) exactly what types of magic belong in each element and sphere. Due to work on the magic system, I am also reconsidering the mental ability scores.

I am also resuming writing my first novel. I have the characters down and now feel comfortable writing them (I was worried at first because the two main characters are female and I was unsure I could write believable and relate-able female characters). I may post it online as I write it.

Lastly, I am in the midst of getting my website up. It will be a place for me to house my blog (movie/game/book reviews, politics, rants ... you know, the usual), my store (for my chain craft and commissions), my gaming stuff (setting, rules, stuff for 4E if I can figure out how to do it legally), and my writing.

Hopefully I will be moving soon. That means the first couple weeks of January will be busy for me, but afterward I hope to get back to work.

That wasn't a typo at all ... I was just ... waiting for someone to notice it ... yeah ...

I think I use far too much electricity to be welcomed into a Druidic Order.
