You'd have to first submit a made-up quote that is generally confusing and can be debated on its meaning for quite some time. Until it's meaning is decided, you have free admission, and at which point, you must submit another. Common sense, really.
Eats brains here! Ugh!
That is not dead which can eternal lie,
And with strange aeons even death may die.
"To obtain a deep, restful, and fulfilling sleep, you must first submerge yourself in your cyclopean city of hideous non-Euclidean geometries beneath the sea, and then let your body die. But don't worry! As long as you continue to emanate enough evil thought-energy to influence and control your many worshippers throughout the untold eons, they will resurrect you when the time comes. I guarantee it!"

Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive."

(as Stegosaurus) "We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land'."

(as T-Rex) "I think we should call it...your grave!"

(Stegosaurus) "Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!"

(T-Rex) "Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh...now die!"

No! penury, inertness and grimace,
In some strange sort, were the land's portion. "See
Or shut your eyes," said Nature peevishly,
"It nothing skills: I cannot help my case:
'Tis the Last Judgment's fire must cure this place,
Calcine its clods and set my prisoners free."

Imagine a world where magic items adventure and people are traded in for upgrades.
Imagine a world where magic is its own intelligent force, and it's not about to bend to anyone's will.
I'm a muck-levelist, I like to see things from the bottom.

Nice, I like it.

Whether or not it was so intended, the first makes a pithy commentary on the sad disvaluing of enchanted items as no more special than a drop in Diablo, when such an item not only mythically represents some grand history, but physically often represents the culmination of someone's life's work, only to be casually tossed aside.

"Then shall the last battle be gathered on the fields of Valinor. In that day Tulkas shall strive with Melko, and on his right shall stand Fionwe and on his left Turin Turambar, son of Hurin, Conqueror of Fate; and it shall be the black sword of Turin that deals unto Melko his death and final end; and so shall the Children of Hurin and all men be avenged." - J.R.R. "Paper" money in most contries is usually fabric (cf. US, EU) or polymers (cf. Austrailia, Brazil, Romania).

Imagine a world...

Where bananas and cabbages lived side by side, and lawyers didn't exist, where happiness ruled and justice was done (mainly because of the lack of lawyers.)

Off Topic: I agree.  There are rules for magic items that increase in power with the character, but both require more than should be needed.  I came up with the idea because I realized that if magic items could be intelligent then they could have their own motives to adventure.

Oh, how we danced and we swallowed the night
For it was all ripe for dreaming
Oh, how we danced away all of the lights
We've always been out of our minds
