Steerpike shall be willowy. That is, associated with willows. Maybe for a background design, there could be a grove of willows near a cabbage patch? Possibly at night?

Make sure they are bare of all leaf and whisper strange things in the night. Perhaps they also bear a sap that makes anyone who drinks it see visions of distant realities dancing on the edge of oblivion.

Sorry about that.

Visual Novels, as the name suggests, tend to be very story-oriented, so they don't really have levels, per se, so much as they have scenes. While it might be cool to have it in a different project, I'm not entirely sure how much we can jump around from setting to setting. That said, if someone has an idea on how we might be able to do that, please feel free to let me know.

Also, I'll add you to the list of characters. Turtles, of course, are a must.

Obviously, they are interdimensional warp turtles. Hop on one's back and it will take you across space and time faster than... well, faster than you'd expect from a turtle, that's for sure.

That... might work. Maybe the characters are searching for something? Maybe we could have some mystery for the plot?

Ok so they have to collect the nine holy cabbages to unlock a power great enough to stop the spambots forever. The ninth cabbage though requires them to fight the great fiend of the ninth cabbage who seeks to spread the spam.

They ride their warp turtle in search of the holy cabbages.

Due to recent news, Ishmayl will be in this game.  At this point, I can't say whether he'll be a cameo or a full-fledged protagonist, but I'm not going to leave him out of the game.


Edit-- Also, I got my black Copic marker refilled today, and I picked up two new ones. Hopefully I can get some of the artwork started.

(8:46:23 PM) brainface: sure, sounds interesting, as long as you don't write me murdering kittens or something

(8:47:51 PM) Me: Horse/Troll has suggested that your character be a brain in a jar, with all sorts of high-tech hookups to computers and such
(8:48:50 PM) brainface: ridiculous tech attachments. like, a scanner, computer, normal stuff like that, and on the side a blender & microwave

I've started the artwork for Brainface, but unfortunately, I don't have a scanner. I'll try to see what I can do about remedying that, though.
