I've already decided to call the campaign in its entirety Diis Manibus. I still need some names for my primary location, though. I'll take the two winners and decide between them which is the nation, which the capitol.

What?
England.
Just a conspiracy of cartographers, then?

Ispalme.
Oh, how we danced and we swallowed the night
For it was all ripe for dreaming
Oh, how we danced away all of the lights
We've always been out of our minds

Ispalme for the win.

Apart from Nompelle the rest sound kind of goofy to me...

I'd say Nebro is the best name for a country, though I'm unfamiliar with your setting so I don't know the context (both in terms of the tone of your setting and the linguistic style of your other names).
Nebro has my vote.

"Then shall the last battle be gathered on the fields of Valinor. In that day Tulkas shall strive with Melko, and on his right shall stand Fionwe and on his left Turin Turambar, son of Hurin, Conqueror of Fate; and it shall be the black sword of Turin that deals unto Melko his death and final end; and so shall the Children of Hurin and all men be avenged." - J.R.R. So Nebro for the country, Ispalme for the city?
Ispalme for the country, Nompelle for the city?
Or some other combo?
