Where do we place the charges? Also," she huffs. "Can archimedes hack into any systems or send his combat drone done a tunnel to see if it widens? Finally," she notes. "A poison killed this Turian-slow acting. It is possible we are poisoned by those bugs. Or will be interrogated and killed. %(#(ing monsters kill $(#(ing Geth, but also other sentients. Unsure why Archimedes is still with us." She frowns at him. "It implies they do not realize he is a synthetic."

"Lini, your supposition, while understandable, is inaccurate.  I am not a VI, however strange that may seem to you.  I also do not possess a drone.  I will, however, attempt to find out what I can of their systems.  First, though, I suggest we get our bearings.  I hear more of those insects over here - let's not risk being paralyzed again."

[ooc]Alright, knowing that Sal has her armor, she would be able to run as far as row 17 during the first round. The armor makes her move slower. That doesn't seem to matter, anymore, though. What an interesting place we find ourselves in now...[/ooc][ic=A Different Kind of Hangover]Sal shakes her head, trying to clear the fog of whatever the hell just took them. If I'm going to feel like this, I should at least get to have a drink first, she thinks to herself, groggily. Actually, a few to feel quite like this. She gets up to her feet, paying little attention to how the others are dealing with the situation. "You know," the asari complains, "before I hooked up with you lot, my jobs could have been called easy."

Spotting the body, Sal perks up and checks out the turian's loadout. She picks up the rifle and examines it closely. "It's not mine but it's not bad. His loss, huh?"[/ic][ooc]Sal is specialized with rifles so it'll probably be more efficient for her to take that one.[/ooc][ic]"No one knows where we are, then?" She looks, hoping someone will correct her. When no one does, she says, "well, damnit, if I'm going to die from some damned poison, I'm going to have a smoke and shoot something first." She takes a lighter out of a compartment and holds it in the hand the holds the rifle. That would be tricky for some but Sal is clearly well practiced at the maneuver. Then she takes a cigar -- half smoked previously, by the look of it -- from another compartment, lights it, then replaces the lighter.

Seeming to relax a little, she takes a long drag and blows it out at Lini'Leera.[/ic]

[ic]Pistol at the ready, Archimedes tries to open the metal door, ignoring Sal's braggadocio.[/ic][ooc]If there's anything hostile-looking on the other side Archimedes is ready to fire unless it demonstrates its peaceability.[/ooc]

[IC]Archimedes kicks open the door and is presented with a series of four foot high, rocky walls. On the far side of the room are three humanoids with Cobra-like heads and four glowing, yellow orbs that you presume are eyes. Startled by your sudden appearance, they hesitate, as if waiting for orders. [/ic]

[ooc] 3 Enemy Collectors, Archimedes cannot see C-4 from his vantage point but I included him for completeness. The Orange lines are the rock walls mentioned in the IC. The walls grant Soft Cover if you are in the square they pass through. You can climb over the wall but they count as difficult terrain.

[ic]Lini hears Archimedes words and she narrows her eyes. Her voice draws level. "Sure you're not a VI." Of course it was programmed to deny accusations. Best to not argue with it in this situation.[/ic]

The following actions are assuming that someone else leaves the room to shoot. If no one leaves the room to shoot, then Lini will move to cover slightly to the right side of the door. She's not going to be the first to open fire.

Lini to G12 and throw grenade at D 15--if not injuring them it may at least blow a hole.
