The times I checked on the Doodle are "hope" times... Essentially I should be avail. at those times EST, but it is highly possible that I will get held up at work :(. e.g. I'll keep you posted.

Monday the 5th, a little earlier, around 5pm EST, or Friday the 9th at 7 EST are looking the best at the moment.

As mentioned in chat, 5pm EST (on virtually any day) works for me, while 7pm EST usually does not.

This Friday is out. It's too soon.

It's not a problem. I'm still figuring it out myself.

I'm not a big fan of the name, but I am a fan of the premise!

I haven't really thought of doing much more with it except play a (few) Pathfinder game(s) in it.

What don't you like about the name?

hmm, I think it basically boils down to it being very... fantasy-y. You know, how authors sometimes just blindly pick syllables and stick them together to create a name.
Now, I realize this is A) highly subjective and B) not necessarily what you have done. The Sra- seems pretty reasonable, as it is similar to [Sri] and other similar pseudo-indian sounds, I think it's the -loka that bothers me the most.
There is also the issue of association. Indochina is basically one of the last things I thought of when I read that name. Sraloka sounds more like something South or Central american, or a Yuan Ti empire. Khmer tends (in my limited experience) to be dominated by fairly short and heavy syllables (Ang-Kor Wat), or french but that doesn't really count, while Sraloka is more lyrical and sibilant.   
This does bring up the question of whether language should follow from the culture portrayed in our settings. It shouldn't necessarily, but language/names do have a fairly big influence on what images are evoked in the reader's mind. 

Now, the above paragraph makes it sound like it is a much bigger issue than it is - it is after all just a name. But since you asked specifically for why I didn't like the name I wanted to give you as reasonable an answer as possible, even if it required a bit of subconscious digging. :)
