Interest-gauging for a Dark Silver game

So now that both CE and Fimbulvinter are on hiatus, I'm feeling a bit of a lack. I finally started gaming again IRL and ran the first session of a Masks of Nyarlathotep campaign (using my jury-rigged interpretation of SW rather than BRP) the other day and it was fantastic, but I miss gaming with my fellow CBGers.
So I thought maybe I would at some point run a short(ish) adventure on IRC, set, of course, in Dark Silver - that is if anyone actually wants to play :)

I'd probably set it in Sylvaine rather than the North, with the party being members of a military force assembled to take down yet another rebellious Sylvic baron, this one rumoured to be receiving support from mysterious benefactors reputed to have dark powers...

Rules-wise I think I'd go for Barbarians of Lemuria because I like that it's free and a bit rough around the edges in its simple design. I'll probably have to make a tweak or two (no Pilot career and either no magic-using PCs or some kind of severe limit on PC magic spring to mind immediately) but I like the basics of it.

At the moment the adventure itself is no more than a very vague idea, so it could be weeks or even months until I'm actually ready to go with this, I just wanted to see if anyone was up for it in principle.

Your link doesn't work. They want to you to link to some kind of page rather than just to the direct download.
(In the meantime, it is still possible to get the download if you copy and paste the link, instead of clicking it, though)

Here are some of the typical character-types that would be involved in the mission. If anyone wants to use something else, I'm totally cool with that, just as long as we can get together and come up with a good reason for your character to join the campaign against the rebel baron.

SEVERIM IMPERIAL DRAGOONS
These high-born heavy cavaliers are the military elite of the Severim Empire. Rash and arrogant, they are convinced of their superiority over all non-Severim. They are well equipped with fine horses, hauberks and kite shields.

PRO-SEVERIM SYLVIC HOUSEHOLD TROOPS
Grim-faced and bearded, these huscarls form the professional warrior class in Sylvaine. They are honour-bound and sworn to their baron, following him until death. Just as heavily armoured as the Imperial Dragoons, they prefer to fight on foot in shield-walls.

PRO-SEVERIM SYLVIC PEASANT CONSCRIPTS
Levied by their baron to assist the household troops on campaign, Sylvic peasants are renowned archers and woodsmen, skilled in tracking and stealth. Many may have passing knowledge of folk-medicine and herbalism, while others may have more unsavoury, even criminal, talents.

FIVE TRIBES MERCENARIES
Barbarian Fivers have long worked as enforcers and soldiers for Severim gold. These brutish warriors are fearless and bellicose, but also fond of laughter and song. Tall, semi-nude, tattooed and wielding fine, pattern-welded swords, they strike imposing figures.

I may have taken the idea for this adventure and started writing a short story/vignette of it... Whoops! Oh well, I'm sure I'll come up with something else :)
