What's new around the CBG?

It's been a while, and things are a bit slow around here these days, it would seem. However, we've outlived the WotC forums so we must be doing something right.

Love of Awesome (who can't make decisions and feels ashamed) has posted about Kharlonia, Land of Angels and Americans, and it probably deserves a look for that name alone, if nothing else.

Xeviat asks Who's playing 5e D&D? and also talks about micromyths and setting seeds.

O Senhor Leetz and Magnus Pym have posted interesting new material as well, The City at the Edge of the World and Gods, Wardens and Men, respectively.

Winter is coming, and so is Steerpike's Fimbulvinter.

And meanwhile TheMeanestGuest has a Terrible Purpose...

More news as it happens. As usual, if you have something going on, feel free to let me know and I'll add it to the news!
(Unless you only post about your own stuff. Then I'll just laugh at you.)

I move quick: I'm gonna try my trick one last time--
you know it's possible to vaguely define my outline

Indeed. I'd also posit humbly that Tensen01's Aard setting is new news.

It is excluded under the "only posts about own stuff" clause.

Fair enough, just haven't seen anything else that interests me to comment on yet. Especially since the D&D 5e thread seemed to go off the rails.

Yeah, feel free to chime in on that, or start another thread discussing something else that you're interested in, if you'd rather. :)

There is a lot of back-catalog here. We welcome bumping old threads if you have pertinent information to relate, so feel free to do so if you want to look at something that has not had posts in a long while :)

Many people here lurk and just read but will likely pop up if their threads are commented upon.

Some of us like Steerpike and myself have our settings and/or settings we enjoy in our signatures.
