Well, I'm pretty sure the game tells you what difficulty it's at, so there's really no need to change the titles.  I'll start naming my games CBG for the sake of conformity.
Previously: Natural 20, Critical Threat, Rose of Montague

Well, I guess my point was, that way, three different games could be played depending on how far along you are.  If you've just started, you could either start up or join CBGnorm, and others who have just started could join that as well, instead of hoping that whomever is in the current "CBG" game is on the same level as you...

Well, finnaly brought my copy out to res where i live and will likely be playing fairly regularily. Quite likely a bit now, an maybe late tonight. pretty late though since i have a campaign to go to that will likely run til like 2 ish EST. Anyways, whenever i play i'll be in a cgb/cabbage game, so anyone who's playing these days, come join me.

I'm playing fairly regularly now.

i am usually playing in either cbg or CBG (both with cabbage password)
currently i just am lvl5, but that should be rising pretty fast.

So, playing a lot (although not for the next week, cuse i'm home for reading week and my copy's on my school comp), but what i've never been sure of, is how to add accounts of people to freinds (or haoverer it works on diablo). Anyone care to share how to do this?

I have 2 accounts (supadupaman and cpnobvious) and have characters that vary between level 12 and 25.

I usually play in either the game "cbg", or the game "cool beans".
