@ Seraph: Yes, yes. I am kind of biased, however.

:dots: Umm... I actully forgot to tell you gusy something else for my campaign setting. This is really important, seeing my group kind of got confused about this house-rule when I forgot to tell them....

4) Coming Back Wrong
Life is not yet to be perfect, and it may never be perfect. that is why bring back the dead is a forbidden type of magic againts the acient laws of arcane and divine magic itself.
What i'm trying to say here is, that when you try to use a spell that brings back someone from the dead, like "Raise Dead", you must give up something in return. When the spell is done, he losses something part of his body, such as am arm, leg, or even his own organs.

Also, i would like to hear what you guys might want within this campaign setting. I already have..
High Magic
Gothic/Horror
High Draconic Theme World (But not to much)

I dunno about you, but if I were a PC who came back crppled, I'd be pissed.  might I suggest you look into the rules for ressurection found in Heroes of Horror?  I plan to implement them in my world, and they're both interesting and effective deterrents to revival, without being too terribly frustrating for the player who has died.
Previously: Natural 20, Critical Threat, Rose of Montague
- Currently working on: The Smoking Hills - A bottom-up, seat-of-my-pants, fairy tale adventure!

1) You don't come back crippled, the person that performed the spell does. Also, I'm still working on the house rule itself. So please, hold your horses.

2) I am already using Heroes of Horror (which I have) and it is giving me ideas for the campaign setting. Although some of the other ideas you might see are made by me.

Thanks,

Ok, I have been needing of an idea, and how about there are seven doors within the plain of "Sins of Tomorrow." With just the single door floating around, there are seven other doors, guarded each by a speical sin made by man kind (Which we all know as "the Seven Deadly Sins). Any ideas to add to it?                            [note]There is a plane that we all know of, but seem to never reach it. The gods themselves can't even break the plane's shield. This plane is known as "Sins of Tomorrow." This plane is a world where all unborn souls float around, waiting for someone to give them the right to breathe. However, most people say that there is a door also floating around with these souls. Some people think the door leads to a world untold by a bard's tale, while others complain that the truth to the world itself rest be hide it. We call this door "The Soldierâ,¬,,¢s Side."
