I haven't used any of these, but some of them in the first list sound very similar to some names I've got lurking around in my head for my setting.

Perhaps you could use these names to develop some sort of hybrid? I gather there's a fair amount of variety in their origins; perhaps you could do so and just work on what interests you when it interests you?

With some exceptions in the Place Names category, im not really sure why you decided to categorize the name. The way I see it, you could just as easily have the Karic Mines, as you could have Karic Axeswinger. Hell, you could probably even have both.

Truthfully when I posted these I felt that they were just going to waste because I wasn't designing anything and couldn't see myself doing so for some time. If they help someone else then at least the time I spent on them wasn't a waste.
