I'm going to go with Fang Dragon...I like their spiny appearance over all of the other dragons, and I think it's nice to have a dragon that really gets down and fights instead of flying around in circles breathing god-knows what. Plus they have long tails which give them a great reach for their size  8)

My VERY close 2nd would have to be Silver. While I hate how they have the itty-bitty hindlegs, I love how they can walk/sleep on clouds.

Looks like I'm the only one showing love for the Styx dragon. Great dragon, IMO, and works very well if you alter the flavor for a standard sea-dragon type.

I'm honestly quite surprised that so much consensus could be generated in such a poll as this.

What's a Styx Dragon, anyway?
My Setting:

Senkennomei

A Styx Dragon is a Dragon from Draconomicon which dwells in the River Styx. It resembles a Chinese Dragon without all the hair, has a fin running down the entire length of its body, two arms, and no legs.

The opposite of a teflon dragon.  :p

There are some jokes which haunt you forever in the afterlife, Cymro.  Just think on that.

Well, it is about a Styx dragon.

OTOH there are also jokes that have to be made at some point, or else the universe will collapse (this goes particularly for extremely obvious jokes: someone must make them or else...).

"Then shall the last battle be gathered on the fields of Valinor. In that day Tulkas shall strive with Melko, and on his right shall stand Fionwe and on his left Turin Turambar, son of Hurin, Conqueror of Fate; and it shall be the black sword of Turin that deals unto Melko his death and final end; and so shall the Children of Hurin and all men be avenged." - J.R.R. i like the great wyrm, red dracolich who's evil-dragon-soul was captured by the demon 'Tal' and enslaved in the outer-most-inner plane of laundry.  where he studied the great arts and read the great literature, emersing his un-mind within the philosophies of the most ancient ancients.
after the ice queen of 'drue-bal' won the dracolich's soul in a bet, she freed him back into the earth-plane.  where he setup a small item shop in the back of a local bakery.

...  i mean, thats my favorite dragon...

my gods... and that's just true dragons and their templates... how do we have so many dragons?(yes I know about draconomicon) hell, I think between races of the dragon, the draconomicon and the monster manuals, one might concievably be able to do a world completely overrun by dragons, where the only things in existance are dragons

Numinous

that's a good idea, you should go post it in my "just imagine..." thread.  It was made for stuff like that.

I'd like to change my vote, to the turtle dragon!!!   love this smilie!
