Okay, here's what we have, I'm going to allow Nat to roll the dice (per his request), and then when he does, I'll email the "winner" and ask for some info for his setting to have up by tomorrow evening around 9:00-ish PM.

1 - Thaedia  -  Xathan, Last of the Fallen
2 - Orden's Mysteries  -  Turin
3 - Sulos  -  nastynate
4 - Jade Stage  -  Luminous Crayon
5 - Myrkwell  -  Saxon Doublass
6 - Red Valor: Project 1301  -  Elven Doritos

Makes it a nice-and-easy d6 roll.  Nat, I'm simply awaiting your roll.  Man, I'm really looking forward to this.

For finite types, like human beings, getting the mind around the concept of infinity is tough going.  Apparently, the same is true for cows.

Numinous

dun Dun DUN!  Here we go folks, the roll for the first setting of the week will be... [dice]1d6[/dice]

Note that I will let Ish announce the results, so the die roll isn't affected by any edits on this post.

[note]I put money on Jade stage, 2 gp in the pot[/note]

Looks like Turin's "Orden's Mysteries" will be the first Weekly Campaign Showcase.  I'll PM Turin and we'll have things up by tomorrow evening.

Sweet a setting I've been working on a review for anyway. This makes my life easier. Woot!

Some of us won't be so lucky Nasty, but I'll try hard anyway.

This is great! I'm looking forward to hearing what people have to say. Ishmayl wanted to know a few things as he is apparently going to announce it somewhere, but for the impatient... links are in my sig. ;)

"Then shall the last battle be gathered on the fields of Valinor. In that day Tulkas shall strive with Melko, and on his right shall stand Fionwe and on his left Turin Turambar, son of Hurin, Conqueror of Fate; and it shall be the black sword of Turin that deals unto Melko his death and final end; and so shall the Children of Hurin and all men be avenged." - J.R.R. I'm impatient. Where should we go to comment on Orden's Mysteries? Are we going to do it in your main thread, or a sub-thread, or a setting of the week thread?

Túrin

I suggest you do it on the forum thread here or over at WotC, as you prefer. If there's going to be a special "comment on the setting of the week"-thread I don't know anything about it (and frankly, I wouldn't see the point, unless someone has no forum thread here normally).

Turin, I was waiting for a response from you... check your PMs.  I'll post a new News article once I have that info.
Cheers!

Bizump! Orden's Mysteries needs some love. The first setting of the week sets the precedent for all future ones, and think this is a great setting to lead off with.

P.S. This is the 5000th post on the CBG forum...a milestone

Seems I got in a little late.  Is a new thread going to be started for the next week, or is this one going to be renamed and reused?

Deel, look down a few threads, there's already a  new one started.
