Ishmayl has been far too busy lately, unfortunately, but he has appointed me Mistress of Ceremonies this year and I will try not to disappoint (too much).

The easiest way to vote is to just copy and paste the list of nominees and delete everyone except the person you want to vote for. Write-in votes are also acceptable.

No special rules.

In the past, some people who have won before have declined, but I'm not going to force it on anyone.

OK.  then by precedent, at least for the 09 Guilderbergs, Celtricia is out of bounds for setting.  And I am out of bounds for pragmaticized.

Updated the thread, and I altered the description of the visual aids award to include maps, too.

How about for people who make maps for other people, not just those that have nice maps in their campaign setting?
