Superfluous Crow

@Phoenix: Looks nice. Of course, i reckon Leetz should be the one to wear that while i use the Arga badge.

Just tell phoenix what your consultant badge should look like

how about a rusty sword? with a color scheme that is somewhat saturated and dusty looking? with Arga written on the blade in some kind of Greek-ish block text?

I'm not picky though.

[edit] maybe a capital "A" in a font called Ironworks in a parchment-y color?

Ishmayl-Retired

Everyone make sure you get me a few items you would like to work on, so far I only have actual lists from Phoenix and Biohorse.  Phoenix and Bio, should I assume the lists you gave me are in order of preference, or are they pretty equal?  If so Phoenix, where does Ansolon fall on the list?

For finite types, like human beings, getting the mind around the concept of infinity is tough going.  Apparently, the same is true for cows.

All my votes are pretty equal.

Eladris has a semi vote in the thread: "no preference, though potential partners should be warned my fantasy is stronger than my sci-fi"

Which means you need Xeviat, SCMP, Tillumni, Wensleydale, and Survivorman.

And we could use a few more participants ;)

I'll see what I can do. No promises. Mostly I've just been creating the radioactive text on top of a googled image. On the color, the style I've designed the badge in means that the background will have the same color scheme as the text (notice how the gray mud became green for BV?). So a rusty sword will not have the glowing green text, or else it'll be a glowing green sword.

Unfortunately they're all out of my area.  I really can't contribute anything useful to dark or epic writing.

UPDATE: Maybe you'd better remove Intermittent Brainshowers from the list, I'm not producing much these days and am trying to transition over to actual setting.
I'm a muck-levelist, I like to see things from the bottom.

If that's what you want. Perhaps in the future you will see something on the list you can get behind.

Edit:
Just in case it needs to go back up:
Intermitent Brainshowers. - Silvercat Moonpaw
Attempting to create fantasy in a different direction than epic conflict. It's character-scale fantasy, no larger-than-life heroes here.
Superfluous Crow

What about placing the setting badge below the consultant badge?
And split Broken Verge across two lines:
Broken
Verge

And maybe do the background in a gold/tan like the other backgrounds. : )

? You mean the rust background I just made for Arga? I wouldn't suggest the radioactive text effect on that color, though.

FREAKIN' AWESOME HORSE

I'm equal in order of preference on my list.

As for the badge, would a black, tattered flag with a royal purple moth symbol on it be possible? I've got other ideas if that's a lot of work. It wouldn't need any actual words on it.

Superfluous Crow

Well, consultant on top of Broken Verge. So it becomes more of a square.
And i was thinking more of the same color the globes in the background of the consultant badge. so the two pictures mesh better.

O Senhor Leetz

if it's not too much, do you think you could try just the word ARGA in Ironworks font - http://www.searchfreefonts.com/free/ironworks.htm -, maybe a rusty color on a black background?
