Yes, all of creation is just a hologram. We are merely parts of a larger whole. We are the universe trying to figure itself out.

Doctor Who is entering SEASON 31 and the producers feel the need to "reimagine certain elements of the franchise." If you get a season 31 with little serious change, LEAVE IT ALONE.

I know someone who looks very much like Matt Smith. He knows his life is on the line if that guy screws up Doctor Who. You know, because I can't really afford to fly overseas.

No you get to season 31 by having a hokey cock eyed way of revitalizing the show with a new character every few seasons... :P

Plus, its a brand new team coming in and doing the show, so just as with the team that was formed to continue the show after a 15 year gap (the movie doesn't count) with the 9th Doctor. I wouldn't worry too much, the show will still be awesome just with new adventures and a new direction.

I'm hoping. I haven't like all of the past Doctors, either. If nothing else, it should be prettier now (both from the high def and from no Donna Noble).

Tenent is going to be a VERY touch act to follow. Hopefully Smith is up to the challenge.

I liked Donna Noble, the actress - Catherine Tate - is a very funny comedian. She was an odd choice for the Doc's companion but once we found out her back story, it made sense.
