Round 2 wrap-up:
[ic]Jelmaâ,¬,,¢c rebounds from his injuries in more ways than one, stepping back, to skewer a goblin with his longspear.  The goblin attempted to respond, but could find no way in before his death.  Archerâ,¬,,¢s impeccable aim nails two arrows into the head and chest of the Orc handler of the dire wolf as Cruvagn deth Lorraine swerves around the side of the bridge to get an angle at a goblin further back.  The goblin dives, avoiding the arrow and moves to engage Ilio.  The Dire Wolf, now free of command rushes to greet this new prey, and one among the orcish berserker pair is quick to follow.  The second seeks to avenge its fellowâ,¬,,¢s death by taking that of the human bowman.  The wolfâ,¬,,¢s snarls and bites knock Cruvagn slightly off balance, but do no real damage thanks to his heavy plate mail.  The second goblin to have stabbed Jelmaâ,¬,,¢c presses his luck, striking Ilio as he thrusts upward at the leaping wolf, but that goblin soon feels the bite of lead from Aldabratâ,¬,,¢s dwarven pistol.  Ilio then recovers to strike at the lone remaining goblin, dealing it a glancing blow.

[ic]The remaining Goblin squares off against Ilio as its orc companions charge onward.  The first orc is hit by a sleep spell while charging the human archer and attempts to shrug off the magical attack.  The second orc rushes from the water's edge, swinging it's substantial greataxe at the elven paladin as the dire wolf continue's it's attack.[/ic]

[ic=Ilio]Easily parrying the goblin's clumsy thrust, Ilio steps back out of his reach and draws one of his pistols. He unloads it into the face of the nearby orc, then holsters it once more and goes back to his defensive stance.[/ic]

Round 3 wrap-up:
 [ic]The orc berserker charges towards Archer, who desperately releases a pair of arrows at the brute.  But Jelmaâ,¬,,¢câ,¬,,¢s subtle manipulations sap the barbarian of his strength, putting him into a comatose sleep.  One of Archerâ,¬,,¢s two shots catches the orc, rousing him from his momentary slumber.  The orc comes to his senses upon hitting the hard earth, and rises to renew his charge against the Bowman.  Meanwhile, Cruvagnâ,¬,,¢s shield continues to prove an effecting barrier against the thrashing teeth of the dire wolf.  Cruvagn is able to strike into the side of the beast, but must immediately side-step to avoid being cleaved in two by the second raging orc barbarian.   Ilio steps away from his goblin to fire upon the orc charging Cruvagn.  That orc, rather than seeing elven blood, finds himself bleeding and turns to greet his attacker.[/ic]

[ic]The sole remaining goblin thrusts his spear desperately, hoping to catch Ilio off guard after the latter's shot at his orcish ally.  The Orc berserker renews his attack on Archer, though having fallen prey to magical sleep, with a bit a groginess and a little less enthusiasm.  The second orc, stinging from the bite of Ilio's lead bullet attacks the halfling while the dire wolf snaps and bites at Cruvagn.[/ic]

[ooc]So, not sure when i declare what attack i use my grace ability on, or when i declare a parry, but i would be using them on the orc. It's a bit awkward in pbpb since everything is rolled at once, but could you let me know if this is the proper way to do it. Assuming this is okay, then the orc doesn't even get close to hiting me (AC 28 with dodge and grace. come to think of it, using them both on the same target is kinda dumb. I'll be changing that in future, but for now i'll stick with what i meant to). [/ooc]
