I totally read your posts but I thought they had weird internal disabilities, not obvious external ones.

None of the girls do.  The main character has cardiac arrhythmia, however.

Well, the replay value in these games is that you can try and go for all of the variety of girls.

So far, I've gotten:

Bad end where nothing happens.
Rin's ending.
Bad end where shit happens.

Going for Lily's (the blind girl's) ending next.
