I do actually have some experience points for you to distribute.  But that is at home and I am at work...

Since Vreeg was tired, I'll give a little after-action report.

Nobody aside from us really showed up, so we decided to do at least part of the rest of Moss' private session from way back when. So it was a time warp (or maybe a flashback) from Tanos 53 back about a week or two while the group was still in town. Not much happened aside from Moss making nice with the maître d' and learning that his friends Karras and Serah were also attacked by Blackstripe Thugs.

Next little private session should tell us why that's the case, but Moss has his suspicions...

You did use those honed social skills twice well, and sometimes I think Moss is a true GS character, a political social character with some adventurer trappings.

It was also a good choice as no matter how much I enjoy the group discovering the archeological wonders of the the ruins, the secret areas, the confounding passages, I enjoy more (as I get older) working within the urban confines of the game.    I spend a good amount of time filling in data about areas and culture in Celtricia, and last nights foray into the Bazaar of Steel Isle Town (with the accompanying ights, sounds, smells, accents, and cultual embellishments) was a good way to wander back into that.

Guys, I am going to be smart and cancel SIG for Tuesday.  I am probably going to be over Jomalley's House (since he has a generator) at that point, with Frankenstorm rolling over my head.

Be safe. I was really disappointed in a lot of locals here in Hawai'i. The tourists can be idiots and go play in the tsunami for all I care, but many people didn't know basic, lifesaving things like tsunami waves wrap all the way around islands--so even if the wave is coming from the northeast, the southwest is not safe, or that if similar sized earthquakes didn't give any noticeable tsunami, this one wouldn't either (we can't know that).

Good luck Vreeg! Sounds good, I've got an event on tuesday and couldn't have made it. Sometimes living in the deep north has its advantages, no crazy weather systems (yet? lately?)

LordVreeg

getting pounded right now, not sure how long i will have a connection.  see you guys on the other side.

I'll be around.

We get off for Election Day here, but ironically, I never have classes on Tuesdays anyway.

Believe it or not, I will at an event watching the election coverage (yes, I am Canadian...) and thus unable to attend

LordVreeg

Thank you guys for pulling it off, netsplits and all, to get that fight on the boards.  The 20 skeletons are down to 15, and the group's shieldwall is holding, despite Billo taking a massive mace blow and Plaes slipping and falling....next session, I think we'll get it all sorted out.
