Question Regarding Uploaded Images

I want to upload a few .jpeg files of diagrams and hierarchies for some feedback, but they currently seem to be posting in the Thread unreadable.  When I post them that way will they appear as a link?  Can a user download it so that they can make out the writing, or do I just need to make them bigger.  I'll show you what I mean by posting two of them...
