My favorite work of non-fiction would have to be the collective encyclopedic knowledge of all humanity. Sure it isn't really in one place (wikipedia probably gets the closest to that :P ). I just love learning about the reality I am living in.

Edit: Cúchulainn just ninja's me so I will have to answer that. Favorite street fighter character, I don't know. I have never played street fighter. Mortal Kombat I have played though, I really liked those two robot guys that were red and yellow (me and my friend used to call them ketchup and mustard).

Do you own any pets? Tell me about them (I love animals).

Non-fiction literature: Heaven's Mirror by Graham Hancock or Umberto Eco's Serendipities: Lunacy and Language or Warriors of the Wasteland by John Grigsby.

Street Fighter character: Probably Vega. Masks are cool.

Pets: I share a cat with my mum, but, she lives with my mum, so I don't see her much during term-time. We've had her since she was a kitten, and she's really nice and friendly, haha.

Street Fighter Character: M. Bison

Pets: Iguana - Zen 4 years old, Staffordshire Terrier "Shiloh" 2 years old, Gryf Senigal Parrot, and a tortoise named Mr. Stubbs, i have no idea how old he is, he may be older than myself.

How old were you when you first saw a depiction of someone casting a magic spell (comic book, movie, cartoon)?? And who or what was it?

No idea, it could have happened at anytime anywhere. The first one I can pin down though would probably be when I first started playing magic the gathering in 7th grade. It was a picture on a card called prodigal sorcerer. Now I know I had seen depictions of magic casting long before, but that's the first I can think of.

What's your favorite taste (sweet, spicy, bitter, umami, etc)

Neither. Why wage a one-man war against a race that everybody hates?

I was originally going to say non-fiction writing, but I decided to leave it a bit more open, to allow documentaries and such in there.

I share a long-haired Chihuahua with my mom. Despite being purebred, he's certainly oversized, but not overweight. Because of his size and markings, we tend to joke that he might be part St. Bernard. Most of my friends get the joke pretty quick, but one didn't.

The first time I saw magic being cast in the cliche blasts of energy, as far as I can remember, was from the movie Willow. I very vaguely remember the first time-- or maybe just one of the first times-- I saw this happy-go-lucky midget-dude try to make an entire pig disappear, and that just sorta stuck in my mind.

Vega is definitely the coolest, although there's a few others that come pretty close. I tend to enjoy skinnier, more agile characters over the bigger, beefier characters. Probably because I'm a skinny guy myself, and it makes escapism that much easier.

I have these pretty awesome black combats I picked up over the summer... just really nicely cut and comfy.... also a blue shirt I've been wearing a lot recently, my Dillinger Escape Plan t-shirt, as they're fantastic.... oh and I have a sick duffel coat that makes me look like a drug dealer :D

Sorry, I was wanting to leave room for more than one person to reply to each question...

The farthest I've been from home is when I went to Montreal as a kid... I don't remember much of that trip, though, cause I was only... I don't even know. Four or five.

On a related note, what's the best time you've had on a trip abroad? If you've not been abroad, then, a holiday somewhere in your own country would count.

When I went to Paris for a Summer Theater Program, where I spent 6 hours a day in Studio and the rest of the day seeing the attractions of the city; the Louvre, The Comedie Francais, the Garnier, The Eiffel Tower, The Bastille Monument, Tuilleries, the Seine, Montmarte, Notre Dame, etc.
