Demogorgon (If he counts) or some god/goddess of life/healing (I don't know the deities that well).

If you could be any kind of Undead, what kind would you be? (Your list: Vampires, Lich, Zombie, Skeleton, Ghost (or any variation), Wight, Frakenstein monster (multiple stitched together bodies) By traditional I meant to avoid the likes of undead werewolves, zombie unicorns and other crazy stuff. Sorry for the vagueness.

My black d8 with grey speckles. WHY? I don't really know. I just like all of my speckled dice, and the coloring on that one is particularly cool.

I would probably also be a lich, so I could study magic for all time and use it to force my will upon the world! (until, of course, those pesky adventurers came along to ruin it. Why, o Vecna, must there always be adventurers, and WHY are they always inexplicably able to defeat my cunning plans and massive magical power?)

. . . actually, make that the question:

Why do the heroes always win, even when there is no reasonable chance of them doing so? (extra points for creative answers)

@ Seraphine: The Good Guys win because there isn't a Player behind the Lich how would be majorly upset if an adventurer killed him. Also, let's face it, Liches are half way to dead anyways, a little nudge in that direction is all it takes. I mean why do you think they go to such trouble in hiding and protecting their Phylacteries?

If you could be Hana Montana for a day, would you blow the mind of the media, and perhaps the world, by playing D&D in public?

I want to say, "well, duh, of course I would" but then my inner actor kicks in and wonders, if I ACTUALLY WERE Hannah Montana, would the thought even occur to me, much less the decision? The answer . . . probably not.

Take your personal hero in life: If they were a D&D character, what would be their race, class, alignment, deity, etc? (RL humans can be D&Ded into other races)

ETA: Oh, and core only. It can be core for whatever edition, but core only. So I accept 4e Warlock, Warlord, as well as things that didn't make it to 4e, such as the Barbarian, and the gnome as a player race.

Well, I just don't see how to stat Leonardo in D&D. Liszt of course would be a bard, probably CN with the ambition to become a deity. D&D race wise, I've got no idea. In Panisadore he'd definitely be a dwarf.

If you could enact by fiat a single, national level (as classified by the country you live in,) law, what would it be?

A ban on mudslinging (in politics, advertisement, or whatever else is applicable). You can say whatever you want about your own ideas and products. But attacking your opponent for any reason is illegal.

What is your personal view on religious beliefs?

I have no problem inherently with any religious beliefs as long as people don't try to force those beliefs on others. There are many paths to the top of the mountain, and we should not hate those who follow a different path.

I myself am a pagan. Not that that means anything by itself; Pagan is so broad a term that it can't be defined. You could say I believe in a Goddess and a God--if you are willing to take some liberties with the definintions of "believe" "Goddess" and "God." If anyone wants to discuss them more with me, send me a PM.

When you think of villains who smoke, do they smoke a cigar or a pipe? (any genre--fantasy to historical to modern to sci-fi)

EDIT: Ninja'd. I'd attract his attention by using the hammer for mischief. Then when he challenged me for it, I could give it back and explain. My question above still stands.

Cigar, generally because only gentlemen smoke pipes and most of the time gentlemen villains either don't smoke anyway or come up so rarely that most villains I think of are going to have a pipe.

What appearance would you have if it were based upon your mentality only?

probably tall and fairly well built but calm and reflective looking (with a thinner face, my family is cursed with very round faces).
