Nomadic

Gnomes all the way, nothing is better than blowing things up all the time. NOTHING!

What is your favorite fantasy element (fire, earth, air, water, etc). This includes more obscure but common ones like spirit and void, etc etc.

Seraph

Spirit.

What is your favorite element on the Periodic Table?

Nomadic

Hydrogen, but only when combined with oxygen (I have a thing for both water, and oxyhydrogen; the water is usually what I go for after the oxyhydrogen... for obvious reasons).

If you had a portal gun, what would you use it for.

Acrimone

Shooting portals, what else?

What do you think I should do with a portal gun?

Carrot Cake because its what normal people ate prior to the discovery of Sugar Cane!

If you wished upon a star, what would you wish for?

Nomadic

@HF I play the keyboard (the computer keyboard :P ).
@EE more wishes

What would you rather be. Omniscient or Omnipotent (and no you can't use one to achieve the other).

Elemental_Elf

With Great Power comes great responsibility BUT knowing half the battle. Tough call really. Either way you could rule the world, though in different ways. I'd prolly choose Omniscient because I'm a little too lazy to be Omnipotent. :P

Would you rather live in the world of Star Trek or Star Wars?

SDragon

Some answers to previous questions:

"Heroes" succeed so often because they're destructive by nature. Villains carefully craft plans, work towards goals of gain (granted, personal gain, but still), and in some cases, even attempt to create an entire global political structure. Heroes just want to break all these toys, and breaking things is typically easier then creating them.

What villains smoke depends on a few factors. My immediate response is cigars, but I find that that tends to be more of the BBEG in more modern settings. The LE archetype of Lex Luthor, or Kingpin are what I think of in that case. The more historical the setting gets, the more likely I see them smoking pipes. In settings based loosely from ~1860s and on,  I might see lower-level villains smoking cigarettes, but I see a lot of variety in the cigarettes, depending on the villain and the setting. Maybe they're hand rolled, maybe they're not, maybe they have that long stem on them, maybe they don't, maybe they're tobacco, maybe they're something that's a bit more rebellious.

My highest stat would possibly be either DEX or CHA, but neither of them would be all that impressive by D&D standards. STR would probably be my lowest.

Brunette or redhead, depending on my mood. I know it's a generalization, but blond hair on a girl has connotations for me, of personalities that aren't really my type. There are, of course.

Star wars. i need a lightsaber!

better space station show DS9 or babylon 5?

Llum

Star Wars because 1. Being a Jedi would kick ass and 2. If I *ever* had to deal with a time traveler or a Q I would go insane.

On a roastbeef sandwich, mustard or no mustard?

Seraph

hmm . . . DS9 was always my least favorite of the Star Trek Franchise, but I never managed to really get into Babylon 5 so that's a tough call.  I'm going to go with DS9 just becasue I know it.

Mustard.  I love roast beef, but too much of it without condements can get rather dry.

Shot in the stomach, or swallow broken glass?

Elemental_Elf

@ XXsirusXX: Babylon 5. Its pound for pound, the most realistic and, in all honesty, the best written & acted American Sci-Fi show. Plus, Babylon 5 could rip DS9 to shreds in a station on station battle.

@ Llum: Mustard because Mustard is good in moderation.

@ Llum's answer: Some Q's are nice! Also, you can't talk about Time Travel, Temporal Prime Directive After All.

@ Seraphine: Stomache. rather there than any where else (i have padding after all, lol).

@ Saraphine's Answer: You should really get into Babylon, its a great show. Much better than DS9 (which in and of it self would have been better with out the Trek Name Tag).

Question:

If you were 5 years old, just for a day, what children's game would you play with your friends?

Nomadic

Steal your parents matches and burn things... oh come on you can't tell me you never played that as a child.

Hard Sci-Fi (arthur c clarke) or Psuedo-Science (gene roddenberry)?
