Favorite game for Sega Megadrive/Genesis?

Landstalker!!!

You're Frodo.  You've just won (kind of).  Gandalf tells you, "You can live here with your friends and family (even Bilbo!) for the rest of your life, no harm will ever come to the Shire again, and Hobbits will one day take a place of Great Glory in Middle Earth.  Or you can come across Into The West with me and the elves, where you don't really know anyone, but you'll live forever.*"

Whatdyado?

*Note - I may be taking certain liberties with Tolkienesque philosophy...

For finite types, like human beings, getting the mind around the concept of infinity is tough going.  Apparently, the same is true for cows.

Ghostman

Frodo would stay in the Shire. But if I were Frodo, as per the wording of the question, I'd take the ship just to see what it's like over there.

Which intelligent non-human species from fantasy or science fiction would you most like to be? You can pick one from any setting on the CBG, or from any published work.

Hanar from Mass Effect mainly because If I can't be humanoid, I may as well go for the big jelly fish species that doesn't have pronouns. "It thanks you for the question."

If you were a Drow, would you rebel against your evil society?

Stargate525

Nope. In my mind, I wouldn't know any better.

If you could have one handheld item from Star Trek, what would it be?

The device that goes "willy-wee, willy wee".

Captain, this entire planet is made of Willy Wee... And so are you.  Everything we ever thought of is Willy Wee.  In fact I think this is just a box with "Willy Wee" written on it.

If you were a dragon, what PC race would be your favorite lunch?

@Stargate: Either a TNG Tricorder or a Phaser... The former would advance human technology by decades (I mean it does everything) while the Phaser would... Make war more killy? Yeah better to go for the Tricorder!

@SH: I would feast upon the Elves, much like wine, their long lives would bring forth a unique flavor.

A wizard has trapped you with in your own campaign setting. There is no chance to escape, you must accept your new life. What kind of life do you lead?

A dashing ship captain plying the trade lines for pirates with my brave crew.

Would you rather be Michael Winslow or Sean Connery?

Stargate525

Ooh, toughie... Winslow, if only because that would make DMing so much more fun.

You're in your campaign setting; which character are you most likely to be (not WANT to be, WOULD be)?

I would be a bumbling mage in the Wizard's Guild. Given my age, I would be a Robe - on the cusp of coming into my own, truly being free for the first time in my young life. Given my own personality, I would not be a War Wizard, rather I would be a an understudy to a Pedagogues at one of the Wizard Guild's University (most likely in Shieldport (a quiet town of fair size)).

I enjoyed that question, let's let other people answer it as well!

Kindling

I would be dead or enslaved - far too many bigger, stronger, and more cruel than I in all of my settings to date! Lol.
all hail the reapers of hope

LordVreeg

I'd be working in a mercantile-training Guild, in Celtricia.
Anyone else?

Old, evil, twisted, damaged, and afflicted.  Orbis non sufficit.Thread Murderer Extraordinaire, and supposedly pragmatic...\"That is my interpretation. That the same rules designed to reduce the role of the GM and to empower the player also destroyed the autonomy to create a consistent setting. And more importantly, these rules reduce the Roleplaying component of what is supposed to be a \'Fantasy Roleplaying game\' to something else\"-Vreeg

Seraph

I would be a bard--or at least an apprentice training to be one.

Steerpike

If I was very, very, very lucky, I'd be a recent graduate of the Collegia Arcana in Skein, about to enter the next level of training as a magister's personal pupil to unlock the occult secrets of certain esoteric mystic phrases.  I'd have just have summoned my first demoniac familiar and would be at least a low-level demonist.

If I was just very, very lucky I'd be in a similar position at the University in Moroi or the Academy of Witchcraft in Macellaria, rubbing shoulders with nectar-junkies and grave-spawn on my way to classes and probably studying to be some kind of occult tradesman rather than an academic.

Far, far more likely, I'd be, as Kindling, dead/enslaved, though in the Cadaverous Earth's case you can also add "turned into a geist" or "reanimated for fell purposes by insane fleshcrafters for use as a hatstand."

SDragon

I'd want to be a shaman, or at least a shaman adept, but realistically, I'd probably just be a common hunter.

Do you think that the previous question should get its own thread, so that this thread can move on with new questions?
