Turning to Dain
 "Hey, stubby let'cher friend know what might happen is some evidence were to show up placing blame on a really tall man with iron fists. I'm just sayin.
From the front of the crowd, the halfling in the big hat calls out  
"Ky! Just drop it. I swear to Beric* I ain't bailin you out this time if'n you start something you can't finish."
The man just keeps staring at Ankh and Dain.[/ic]
 [ic=@Kevkas and Almax]The orc stops you briefly on your way past.
 "That's a bit better. But keep civil when addressing yer elder's an better's."
Letting Kevkas go and turning to look at Almax, he yells out
 "It says 50 Crowns for useful information. 100 platinum for any that leads to his return."

 [ooc]*Beric is the Eltabarian god of travel, luck and resourcefulness.
Crowns are the local gold coins.

- Copper Pennies (actually called Hawks, but very few use that name. for the most part they are jusat called pennies or coppers)

[ooc]@golem: Much though i want that to be true (it was pretty hardcore awesome), i am going with the standard senses. However due to the fact that many do not know all the details of warforged then we could just say that Ankh was bluffing in hoes that the man doesn't know otherwise.
Also, were Dain's last words out loud? Please try to put all out loud speech in blue, thoughts in, i dunno, green or red or something and naration/descriptive text in plain old black. I'd just prefer to keep the system unified.[/ooc]
 [ic]The people at the crowd are getting more and more worked up into a frenzy againgst the "damn lizards" and many have begun shouting for their allies to gather their weapons, and to gather other companions. The halfling begins to walk over to the tall man and begins to say
 "Idiots though this crowd may be, perhaps we should follow this mob in case they happen upon something useful. Go gather the others. I will deal with your new friends. Tell Saeko to put his other work on hold."
The man glares at him for a sec, but then gives in and stalks off through the suddenly very busy crowd.
 "I appolgize for Ky's actions. He is sometimes found wanting when it comes to tact. I am Jorik." he says, extending his hand with a wide smile on his face. [/ic]
 [ooc]Poseidon has a good point. Thoughts should be in italics.[/ooc]

 [ic=The Mob]Many of those who had left have now returned with companions and the crowd as a whole is significantly better armed. Off to the sides of the market you notice a few Redcloaks keeping a watch, but so far no one has interfered. The crowd seems to be gradually geting more organized and ready to leave, however there seems to be no leader or rather too many leaders and many people seem to be dissagreeing about every little thing.[/ic]

He edges his way to where Almax is standing and yells, "C'mon people!! Think about it. If you run off and get yourself killed in search of someone, who would be left to run your shops, and besides think about your families!!!" Diplomacy roll (including modifier) = 19[/ic]

 [ic]Some people seem to agree with what you're saying and wander off, but they are a very small percentage. As you look around you notice that most of the merchants had not actuaally left their stalls and it has mostly been the shoppers and assorted others in the mob. And, though some left. the group that remains looks to be the more grizzled and better-armed portions of the crowd.
 "You just don't understand. We can't let 'em get away with this. Anyone could be next"
"We ain't got no shops."
"Killing lizzies is our bloody job. Nobody messes with this town."
"Besides, that's a heapload'a cash. My family could live off of that." [/ic]
